Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive immediate access to downloadable digital content (PDF workbooks, journals, guides, or other electronic products). Because these products cannot be “returned” after delivery, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please ensure that you carefully review the product description before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product

• You did not receive your digital download due to a technical issue

• The file provided is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be resolved
